NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 20, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Third Floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17 day of January, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit::
Lot 28, MILANO according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 69 through 73, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
