NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2018, and entered in 2017-CA-001272 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE AQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN A. MEANEY; BERNARD MEANEY; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Crystal K.
