NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2018-CA-000994-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, AMERICAN ADVISORS GROUP, Plaintiff, and, HENRY DELL SIMONSEN A/K/A DELL SIMONSEN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 16th day of January, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 145, THOUSAND OAKS EAST PHASE II AND III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
