NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017 CA 003308 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Banc of America Funding 2005-B Trust is the Plaintiff and Brooke C. O'Malley a/k/a Brooke C. O'Malley Minor a/k/a Brooke OMalley; Unknown Spouse of Brooke C. O'Malley a/k/a Brooke C. O'Malley Minor a/k/a Brooke OMalley; Citibank NA a/k/a Citibank (South Dakota) N.A; United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 18th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 46.5 Feet Of Lot 21, And The East 19.5 Feet Of Lot 22, Less The South 20 Feet Thereof, Block D, WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, According To The Plat Thereof Recorded In Plat Book 2, Page 27, Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
