NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of December, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 003871 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AA9 is the Plaintiff and KARRAN M. DANIEL; HAMMOCKS HOA, INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; JERRY L. DANIEL; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2632, HAMMOCKS UNIT TWO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
