NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-007085, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2003-2, is Plaintiff and JOHN H. KENNEDY A/K/A JOHN H. KENNEDY JR; KIM L. KENNEDY; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of JANUARY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK 14, KEYSTONE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
