NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-004736 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Sheri L. Worthington a/k/a Sheri Lynn Phillips a/k/a Sheri Worthington are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 24, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
