NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 150 of LAKE HIGHLANDER R.O. ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 7458, Page 1243, and Memorandum of Proprietary Lease recorded in Book 11930, Pages 2399-2401, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1500 County Road #1, Lot 150, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #390 of ESTATE OF DORIS MARY CARMAN and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to their ownership of the Membership Certificate and their acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement and outstanding Promissory Note.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 7, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
