YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 5, Building 17, THE VILLAS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XI, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, Pages 1 through 4, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5031, Page 1311 as amended in O.R. Book 5151, Page 1919 and O.R. Book 9591, Page 1446, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with, but not limited to, all other owners of undivided interests in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways, as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described.
