NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered December 17, 2018, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Part of Lot 38, Block 4 and Lot 37, Block 3 and part of VACATED GRACE STREET, described as from the Southeast corner of Block 4, thence West 24 feet; thence North 94 feet for the point of beginning; thence North 25.33 feet; thence East 79 feet; thence South 25.33 feet; thence West 79 feet to point of beginning of REVISED MAP OF OLDSMAR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 87 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of January, 2019.
