NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 17, 2018 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-564 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK is Plaintiff and FRANK MONGELLUZZI , ANNE MONGELLUZZI, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of January, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
From the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, run Thence S. 0 deg. 21` 56” East, 520.08 feet along the boundary of said SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 being the West boundary of the plat of Spanish Acres as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 95, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; Thence N 89 deg. 23` 38” West, 670.44 feet along the South boundary of the Plat of Lynnwood - Unit One, as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 98, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for a Point of Beginning; Thence from this P.O.B. continue North 89 deg. 23` 38” West, 665.28 feet; Thence North 0 deg. 23` 27” West, 278.90 feet along the N-S centerline of said Section 24; Thence South 89 deg. 23` 38” East, 665.27 feet;Thence South 0 deg. 23` 41” East, 278.90 feet along the West boundary of said Lynnwood -Unit One to the Point of Beginning, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
