NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of December, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18000598CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2015-5, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and EDDIE LEE RODGERS A/K/A EDDIE RODGERS; BRANDALL KEARSE; JERMAINE KEARSE; FELITA LUMPKIN; FRED LUMPKIN, JR.; HATTIE M. REASE A/K/A HATTIE MAE REASE; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLENE MCDONALD A/K/A CHARLENE E. RODGERS A/K/A CHARLENE E. MCDONALD A/K/A CHARLENE ELIZABETH MCDONALD N/K/A CHARLENE E. RODGERS A/K/A CHARLENE E. MCDONALD A/K/A CHARLENE ELIZABETH MCDONALD; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of February, 2019, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, E.A. SMITH'S REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
