NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16004234CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MISSION OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. C/O REBECCA FURLOW; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT C/O U.S. ATTORNEY; KURT KLEIN, AS AN UNKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A ALISON GALTARIO; UNKNOWN PARTY #2 N/K/A MICHAEL GALTERIO; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNESS, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DORIS C. KLEIN; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 8-A AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISSION OAKS CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4156, PAGES 864 THROUGH 912, INCLUSIVE AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 86 THROUGH 89, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
