NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14-001455-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and Vincent A. Stona A/K/A Vincent A. Stona, III, Weatherstone Homeowners Association Of Pinellas County, Inc., John Phillips, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of January, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
