NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-007094-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ALCOVE MOBILE HOME OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, is the Plaintiff, KEATHEL CHAUNCEY, TRUSTEE OF THE MARCH 2017 LAND TRUST, is the Defendant, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on February 7, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 308 of Alcove Mobile Home Park, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “A”, (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Occupancy Agreement as recorded in O. R. Book 8180, Pages 159 through 209, and that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded on April 25, 1997, in O.R. Book 9685, Page 2062, as assigned by that certain Assignment of Occupancy Agreement recorded on May 6, 1997, in O.R. Book 9698, Page 235, as assigned by that certain Assignment of Occupancy Agreement recorded on April 21, 1998, in O.R. Book 10067, Page 188, as transferred by Certificate of Title recorded on June 2, 2017 in O.R. Book 19652 and Page 218, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
commonly known as 1600 N. Old Coachman Road, Lot 308, Clearwater, FL 33765.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
