NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 25, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2015CA003012CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF9 is Plaintiff and JACK B. KRUK, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Paula S. O`Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1ST day of March, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 228, SHADOW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 41-43, AND LOT 228-A, SHADOW RIDGE, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 77-78, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
