NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2018, and entered in CASE NO: 2016-CA-002339-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUTSOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2015-1, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LEGATEES,LIENHOLDERS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, SUCESSORS IN INTEREST OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF THIDA TRIBBLE are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of February 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
