LOTS 28, 29 AND 30, BLOCK 70, GRIFFIN PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT 3, OF THE CITY OF FIVAY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT THEREOF A RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 78 AND 78A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 2003 NOBILITY, KINGSWOOD MODEL MOBILE HOME, IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS N8-10978A and N8-10978B.
