NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA004302AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and MIKKA MARLOW A/K/A MIKKA ARENDSE; BRIARWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN# 100133700020855907);, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of March, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, BRIARWOOD, UNITS 1 & 2, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 71 THROUGH 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
