NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of January, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 004108 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY DORIA; CHARLES T. DIMONDA; CHESTER DORIA; CRYSTAL DORIA; HIROMI DORIA; MARION HOWSE; MICHELLE M. COLEMAN; PATRICIA C. DIMONDA; PATRICIA CRISTOFANO; ROBERT H. DIMONDA; VINCENT JOSEPH DORIA A/K/A VINCENT J. DORIA; VINCENT M. DORIA, JR.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LISA DORIA A/K/A LISA S. DORIA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 58 OF 4TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
