NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Liquor License dated January 22, 2018 and entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THOMAS W. GARRISON, TRUSTEE OF THE THOMAS W. GARRISON REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 14, 1999 is Plaintiff and ROOKIES, INC.; BRUCE W. BELL; DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on February 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
STATE OF FLORIDA QUOTA ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE NUMBER BEV2101125, A 4COP QUOTA ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE FOR USE IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
