NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 004744 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELITH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HERONMERE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ROBERT PELLETIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT PELLETIER; THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: []www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00a.m., on the 20th day of February, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 77, Heronmere II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1370, Page(s) 1985 through 2030, inclusive, all attachments and amendments thereto and according to the condominium plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17,Pagc(s) 14, Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as stated in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the above condominium unit.
