NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2017, and entered in 11-2017-CA-001399-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and ERIC J. HANITZ A/K/A ERIC HANITZ; CYNTHIA A. HANITZ are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on February 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE SOUTH 89° 40' 50” EAST 186.63 FEET TO A POINT;
