NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-000017 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Frank Barr ET. AL. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on February 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 402, AVERSANA AT HAMMOCK BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3569, PAGE 2104, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
