NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2018, entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-007178 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Kimberley Underdahl A/K/A Kimberley Bree-Underdahl A/K/A Kimberley Bree Underdahl A/K/A Kimberley Helen Underdahl A/K/A Kimberly H. Underdahl; Rod Underdahl A/K/A Rod L. Underdahl; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein names individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK T, SUN HAVEN, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
