NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in the above-referenced case on January 22, 2018, that Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Unit 20, PELICAN GARDENS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1286, Pages 500 thru 543, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Pages 7, 7A thru 7C, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasotarealforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on February 26, 2018.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
