NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 25, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-001826 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the Holders of the RAAC Series 2007-SP2 Trust, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-SP2 is the Plaintiff and Cindy-Lee Overton a/k/a Cindy Lee Overton a/k/a Cindylee Overton; Unknown Spouse of Cindy-Lee Overton a/k/a Cindy Lee Overton a/k/a Cindylee Overton; Residential Funding Company, LLC; Central Park South Condominiums Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the Feb. 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING C, CENTRAL PARK SOUTH ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1687, PAGES 4216-4274, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
