AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR7 is the Plaintiff and RAY SUPRENARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAY SUPRENARD; STEPHANIE G LUBITZ A/K/A STEPHANIE LUBITZ A/K/A STEPHANIE L SUPRENARD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; HAMPTON PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A.
