Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 10, 2018 by the County Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
Lot 46, Block 2, AYERSWORTH GLEN, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded as Plat Book 111, pages 166-212, inclusive, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 10847 Standing Stone Drive, Wimauma, FL 33598; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 16th day of March, 2018 at 10 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
