NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2017, entered in Case No. 10-CA-022582 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB DBA Christiana Trust as Trustee for HLSS Mortgage Master Trust for the benefit of the holders of the Series 2014-1 Certificates issued by HLSS Mortgage Master Trust is the Plaintiff and Kenneth J. Griffin; Providence Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 16th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 20, OF PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES, PHASES 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
