NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 4, 2018, entered in Case No. 09-CA-031347 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Yen T. Trieu; Chi Y. Chang; Arbor Greene of New Tampa Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 16th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 2, ARBOR GREENE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
