NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 4, 2018, entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-025812 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for WFMBS 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff and Gael S Macleod; The Unknown Spouse Of Gael S. Macleod ; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Brentwood Hills Homeowners Association, Inc.,; Tenant #1 ; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 16th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 1, BRENTWOOD HILLS TRACT F, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
