YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, OLD MEMORIAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 38, OLD MEMORIAL SUBDIVISION PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 120, Pages 64-72, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 9107 Tillinghast Drive, Tampa, Florida, 34626
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before MAR 5 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
