NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004296 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-S3 Legal Title Trust II, by U.S. Bank National Association, as Legal Title Trustee, Plaintiff and Odalys Estadella are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 19, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3416 , BUILDING 3400, AT THE GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED DWELLING UNIT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
