NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-011625 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for Springleaf Mortgage Loan Trust 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and Marie F. Griffith is the defendant, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
