Idlewild Ave., Tampa, FL 33634 Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. Any proceeds recovered from sale over the amount of lien will be deposited w/ Clerk of the Court for disposition upon court order. Said Company reserves the right to accept or reject any & all bids.
