NOTICE REGARDING REGULAR BOARD MEETINGS MAGNOLIA PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THIS MEETING SCHEDULE
SUPERSEDES THE PREVIOUS SCHEDULE WHICH WAS
PUBLISHED ON JANUARY 26, 2018.
The Board of Supervisors of the Magnolia Park Community Development District (“District”) will hold its regular meetings for the rest of the Fiscal Year 2018 as follows:
February 13, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
March 13, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
April 10, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
May 8, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
June 12, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
July 10, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
August 14, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
September 11, 2018, at 5:30 p.m.
All such regular meetings shall be held at the Panther Trace 1 Clubhouse, 12515
Bramfield Drive, Riverview, Florida 33579. A copy of the agenda for each meeting can be obtained seven days in advance of the meeting from the District Office at 250 International Parkway, Suite 280, Lake Mary FL 32746 (Telephone: (321) 263-0132 Ex 4205), or electronically, at www.magnoliaparkcdd.org.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff members will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attend the meetings and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.
Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in a meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 933-5571, at least 48 hours before the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) /1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Office. ,
A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at a meeting is advised that the person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
