NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2018, and entered in 29-2017-CA-008298 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QO7 is the Plaintiff and ZEHERIA M. BROWN F/K/A ZEHERIA M. DAVIS; LAWRENCE D. BROWN; OAKWOOD ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC., DBA LENDINGTREE LOANS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
