NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2017 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on February 28, 2018, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
THE SOUTH 210 FEET OF THE WEST 210 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST; LESS THE SOUTH 40 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
