NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled action on January 29, 2018, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough, County, Florida, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, on the 5th day of March, 2018, at 10:00 A.M., will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK N, MAP OF CASTLE HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 32, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IN ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WTH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
