NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2017, and entered in 16-CA-000463 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANNIE J. PORTER A/K/A ANNIE JO PORTER, DECEASED.; BRENDA L. NEPTUNE A/K/A BRENDA LOUIS NEPTUNE; PAMELA F. JOHNSON; PATRICIA A. PORTER A/K/A PATRICIA ANN PORTER; TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY are the Defendant(s).
