SARDEGINA A/K/A VIVAN J. SARDEGINA; ROBERT L. SARDEGNA A/K/A ROBERT SARDEGNA; JUDY O. SULLIVAN AKA JUDITH ORTWEIN SULLIVAN AKA JUDITH SULLIVAN; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s).
