NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated this 15th day of November 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2017CA003543 of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL JUDGMENT RECOVERY AGENCY, INC is Plaintiff and CENTRAL SUN'S PROPERTIES, LLC; DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; and PALM SKY INVESTMENTS LLC, are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes Section 45.031, at 10:00am on the 20th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in the Agreed Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 8, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION NO.1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 39, of the Public Records of Pinellas County.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
