NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-000024 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Alan R. Lovell, Lou Ann Lovell, Unknown Tenants/Owners N/K/A Allison Lovell, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8 LESS THAT PORTION CONVEYED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR ROAD RIGHT OF- WAY BY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6161, PAGE 873 AND ALL OF LOT 9, BLOCK J, REVISED MAP OF HILLCREST NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
