NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of January, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17001223CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CAFBRIDGE LENDING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MBC CAPITAL INVESTMENT CORP.; JEFFREY HERRINGTON; JAMES FRASER, TRUSTEE OF THE FRASER FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 19,2004; EILEEN F. FRASER, TRUSTEE OF THE FRASER FAMILY TRUST DATED APRIL 19, 2004; MATOS ROOFING, LLC; MERIDIAN ELECTRICAL SERVICES, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of March, 2018, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
