An original Last Will and Testament of the Decedent dated October 20, 2017 has been filed with this Court, and any persons with any interest in this estate and all creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the Decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice is served MUST FILE THEIR OBJECTION TO THE PROBATE OF THE WILL WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE, or file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
ALL OBJECTIONS AND CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
