THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 104, OF IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4980, PAGES 1953 THROUGH 1993, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 110 AND 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it on Brian Hummel, McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, 225 E. Robinson St. Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before 03/05/2018, or 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demand in the Complaint.
