NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 2, CYPRESS PARK OF TARPON SPRINGS, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 124, Pages 85-88, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 605 Cypress Park Avenue, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 9, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
