NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 11, Building 2, of INDIGO POND CONDOMINIUM I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6038, Page 1504, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3555 Indigo Pond Drive, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34685.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 9, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
