Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of the timeshare units and weeks listed on Attachment A, and the Claim of Lien filed and recorded for CAMARON COVE RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. dated August 22, 2017 and recorded September 19, 2017 at O.R. Book 19775, Pages 2453-2454 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and the Claim of Lien dated October 24, 2017 and recorded November 14, 2017 at O.R. Book 19840, Pages 920-921, will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds on the day of the sale at the office of DEEB LAW GROUP, P.A., 6677 13th Avenue North, Suite 3A, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 on the 16th day of March, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., the described real property located in PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA to wit:
